💦 The countdown continues… and this weekend, the pressure washers are rolling!

The annual fairgrounds cleanup is officially underway as volunteers work hard to get everything looking its best before fair week. Every sidewalk, building, and corner getting cleaned is another reminder that the 2026 Putnam County Fair is almost here! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone donating their time and equipment to help get the fairgrounds ready to welcome thousands of visitors. It takes a community to make the fair happen, and this is just one more example of that community spirit in action. 💪

We’ll keep sharing behind-the-scenes progress as we get closer to opening day, so stay tuned!

❤️ Welcome Home to the Fair

❤️ 30 Reasons to Come Home to the Fair ❤️

Reason #13: Showmanship

Winning is exciting.
But showmanship is about something bigger.

Hard work.
Respect.
Sportsmanship.
And representing yourself with pride.

Because some of life's greatest lessons are learned in the show ring at a county fair.

❤️ Welcome #PutnamWVnamWV

Remember these? 🎨❤️

Last year’s Photo Zone quickly became one of the most popular spots at the fair filled with smiles, family photos, and memories that will last a lifetime.

What made it even more special? It was brought to life by the incredible creativity of our local artists and talented high school students, who donated their time and talents to make something truly unique for our community.

This year… they’re back. 👀

And let’s just say they have even more in store. New designs, new photo opportunities, and even more reasons to stop, snap a picture, and make a memory.

We can’t wait to show you what they’ve been working on.

❤️ Keep following along as we reveal more surprises leading up to the 2026 Putnam County Fair!

Big thanks to last year’s contributors:
